Google Glass is the smart glasses that broke into the mainstream several years ago. When it first arrived on the market, it created a solid buzz simply due to the association with the company Google. Google Glass was an attempt to provide a practical wearable computer for enterprise-level distributions. It is not done yet. Here is the latest release of the Google Enterprise Edition 2 AR glasses. The cost is still a little high at 1k USD but it has an improved camera and better design.
It is truly amazing how these smart glasses can augment someone’s work by enhancing their situational awareness.
