Microsoft and Amazon are working together on their speech recognition software respectively to allow them to talk to each other. Amazon Alexa users will soon be able to get access to Cortana integrated features by communicating between the two interfaces. The same will happen the other way around by allowing Microsoft devices using Cortana to communicate with Amazon Alexa.
This is a very interesting collaboration and opens up a world of possibilities between Microsoft and Amazon.
